The Editor's Bit

It's the second Friday in April and the sun is shining through my office window as I write this, which can mean only one thing: I've been up all night and this Stun should have been finished hours ago. In my defence, this is the biggest Stun of the year, so far.

We've been to loads of gigs, on a Paddy's Day pub crawl, at parties in the Flying Dutchman and Susie's Saloon, as well as our usual trips round the bars, so we've got loads of pictures for you this month. It was hard work, but I managed to squeeze most of them in; the rest will be on Facebook.

We've also got a new advertiser with live music, CC Muziek Café, so we've got even more gigs in our Gig-List. At first, we couldn't get them all in the available space, so I've changed the listings to a slightly smaller typeface and gained an extra page for photos in the process. I hope it hasn't affected the readability of the Gig-List in dimly lit bars too much; let me know what you think.

Although we've gone with a Queen's Day theme for the cover, we haven't got much to report about what's happening on the big day. It's probably best to just go with the flow and see what surprises come your way on Queen's Day. I'll be wandering around with my camera, but don't ask where or when I'll be anywhere; I haven't got a clue. Enjoy your Stun.
