Anybody who’s ever been in Amsterdam at the end of April should know what this month’s cover is about. Yes, on Thursday 27th April, we will be celebrating the birthday of King Willem Alexander of the Netherlands with a party that’s a mix of Mardi Gras, Munich Beer Festival and a huge car boot sale, with a sprinkle of Amsterdam magic.

An important part of King’s Day is the Free Market, where a lot of people take the opportunity to flog off stuff they no longer need and bargain hunters can have a field day. In the spirit of recycling things I no longer use, this month’s Cover Competition has a real prize: a Canon PowerShot A1200 digital camera! It’s a nice little camera, but it’s just gathering dust since I got an even better camera.

To win this month’s Star Prize, all you have to do is tell me where the cover photo was taken, including street number (I can’t make it too easy); contact details are on page 2, or you can tell me in person, if you bump into me. Closing date for entries is Saturday 29th April and if we have more than one correct entry, an independent adjudicator will pick the winner.

Nobody came up with the correct answer to last month’s Cover Competition, so the Honourable Mentions go unmentioned. I thought it would be easy; Guinness barrels - Irish Bar - only two Irish bars advertise in the Stun, so it’s either Molly’s or Nelly’s! It was taken in Durty Nelly’s, near the toilets.
